- Not unless they’re lucky or their raid team funnels to specific characters
- If you want to get raid gear at the same rate as raiders, go raid.

I don’t PvP, you don’t see me whining that I can’t get my hands on PvP gear. At least you have a catalyst.
The warbound items were farmable endlessly this week as I have pointed out several times and you woe is me raids suck people continue to ignore that this is a very new thing this expansion. Possibly unintended, but it fits with how warbound drops work in other content.
There are probably BiS items from raids that people who don’t raid will never get. It’s much easier to do M+ as a raider than to get into raiding as a person who only does M+.
Also this isn’t only about BiS or your claims that M+ is way more rewarding would be super weird since M+ players only get one decent item level item a week. Raids currently have endlessly farmable tier set personal loot warbound tokens one difficulty lower than the raid they are doing (on top of other warbound gear).
How is it everyone else’s problem you decided not to raid?
You know I forgot that it’s a biweekly or every two week thing (What is that then, triweekly?) I don’t mind, I want to get into the raid, apparently, unless the warband collection appearances are bugged, all the other warlock shoulders from the raid, from LFR-Heroic don’t have the magical arms like the Mythic version.
I’ve been coerced by magic arms, I must do mythic, but how?
The answer is easy. Do m+ and uprage the piece.
It’s meant as bad luck protection. If everyone got all the tier pieces week one, then there’s no point to tier at all. They would just be baseline abilities.

Pvp gear put into the catalyst takes on its max ilv in pvp. It however has a base ilv lower then heroic and mythic. Forcing you to pick a progression path to be hindered in.
Just because it is engaged by the least amount of players doesnr mean anything. How many people go into awc for arenas? Yet arena as s whole is the core of wow pvp. Just like raiding is for pve. The gane is balanced around both
Well they are raiding, that is where tier pieces drop. If you want a shot at that raid. I have no gear that I am even able to use on the catalyst so your problem does not sound as dire as mine. Well I do have a helmet on one character but that is it.
Mythic 0 groups wont take my 580ish level characters, I do not like making my own groups, I hate being the leader period.
