I’ve heard a lot of opinions calling the “old world” aka Azeroth useless and outdated content. I think given all of the hate for azeroth Blizzard should just remove it and automatically put you in Outland at level 58. That way everyone wins. if you want azeroth, you can play vanilla forever

One of their earlier options was to have fresh and separate TBC servers where every new character starts out at 58 but then they realized there’s no way to monetize it by just making it baseline.

They could make it so you require the 58 boost to play
So what you don’t have access to the Dranei and belf staring zones or once then hit 20 do they magically hit 58?
Your experiences aren’t mine.
A boost will have no impact on my experience or the guild I’m raiding with or my arena partners.

Yes they go to the old world for all of 2% of their total playtime.
This is like saying Westfall is an integral part of Shadowlands.

I mean I saw a bunch of people say 58 boost has to be in the game otherwise they wont play because the old world doesnt matter. it only makes sense for blizz just to remove it because the community wont play if its in the game

Hardly pointless the 58 boost is proof people don’t want the old world and want to skip it, might as well just remove it to save people time so they can play the real deal
Why does it have to be an all or nothing thing? I am going to be leveling though the old world in TBC as I prefer the questing hubs they add that aren’t in classic like mudsprocket.
But because I want to level though the old world doesn’t meant everyone has to want to level though the old world.
Perhaps they can make people start at level 58 and hide the old world behind a portal so nobody has to see it since its outdated and bad content to the community
