Kick feature is being abused and needs to go, Getting kicked as the leader of a group you formed because you stopped to dismiss your pet due to the tank skipping mobs is BS. Everyone just insta clicks anytime anyone initiates a kick. It needs to go

No vote kick means you can’t switch out people that are indefinitely idle or disconnected. Better solution is to get rid of the stupid unnecessary debuff. This is for RDF AND BGs. There’s just no good reason for these debuffs to exist. Blizzard should have realized this (especially after being told for years) and deleted them.

i agree, get rid of the kick feature so that i can just go afk at start and they can’t do anything about it so either i get free badges or they have to leave and get the debuff while i requeue and get more people. i’m sure no kick feature won’t be abused or anything.

Nah, it just needs to be how it was in original Wrath.
Can’t vote kick for 15 minutes into the start of a dungeon. And you don’t get the Deserter Debuff if you’re kicked.
Classic players are all about efficiency and min/maxing. Refusing to do a dungeon for 15 minutes because you can’t vote kick someone won’t happen. They’ll just bang out the dungeon. Grudgingly perhaps, but they’ll do it.

I wouldn’t say to literally remove it since some people would pretty much afk/idle the whole thing and not get punishment for it, but I would agree to restrict it like no kick for 10-15 mins from after you entered the dungeon to avoid instant kicks.
That or they should do like what FFXIV did and make unfair kicks reportable and a punishable offense in the TOS and surprise getting kick for low gear level or because you were afk for 2 mins do not exist in FFXIV as far as I’ve seen even in the most difficult content.
