Ghost wolf isn’t an immunity. Your hand of freedom and berserker rage are immunities but are cooldowns. Ghost wolf doesn’t immune.

no its not immunity. it just limits the amount slowed to a maximum of -30% instead of being slowed -40% you can only be slowed -30%. there is no linguistics on earth that equates that to immunity. only in luncatical land.

That is immunity.
You are unaffected by the snare and can move as freely as you could before it’s application.

No one is sitting in Ghost Wolf form waiting to negate a snare that may or may not come 
Back to the base speed you were at before the snare.
