what they should do is allow mages to team sheep so they can help with friendly heals.

Polymorph is the best cc in the game due to its long duration and it being spamable. The healing effect is balance. Your supposed to play around it, like NOT sheeping a kill target…

Let’s turn arcane into the mage healing spec that involves polymorph and time nonsense.
On a more serious note though I think polymorph is fine. Sure an odd mage will sheep a kill target but if it’s in a bg that means that mage is probably running 0-7 and will die early in the team fight. Same in world pvp. If it’s in arena well… /kick

an arcane mage healer would be pretty sweet.
I didn’t even have to check your achieves/honor to know that you’re new to PvP, your statements demonstrate it lol.
If mage can land poly on practically anything in a BG without his/her potato teammates breaking it then it’s a good thing. The only time a poly’d enemy is ever a bad thing is if you’re planning cross CC and need the DRs.

And yet you still don’t understand poly. Aside from needing DRs, it is rarely a bad play to have people poly’d.
Then stop making further attempts at denying that you don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re inexperienced with PvP and that’s ok, nothing at all wrong with that, but when people who’ve been PvPing regularly for a decade+ are telling you about something as basic as poly and you’re ignoring them then it’s willful ignorance on your part. Willful ignorance deserves to be attacked

Magic Users couldnt really self heal in a lot of ways, but Polymorph was one of those rare exceptions.

The willful part is refusing to consider that he’s wrong when several more experienced players are telling him otherwise. Like I said there’s nothing wrong with being newer to PvP, we’ve all been there, but saying that poly is abusive and that people are trolling with it in random BGs while others in here are telling him otherwise is choosing to be ignorant. It’s flat out denial lol.
