I don’t think you understood what I was saying. I don’t have to worry about loot because we have PL. I still raid for upgrades just like all other raiders to progress. Loot rules affects all players that are trying to progress in content. Raids, dungeons, PvP, guild or no guild.
It’s no worse than the argument “I never experienced it so it doesn’t happen”.
So what you are saying is your guild is trash because you would immediately have to worry if the option of being able to freely trade loot is available.
You obviously don’t read all comments. I’m not repeating myself. Go read a little.
Didn’t deny it.
You talk like you are about 15.
Exactly how many different angles is this topic going to be approached?
I mean it’s only logic. If you are going to suddenly become worried when loot is opened up for trade, it only means you are in a trash guild. Anyone in a decent guild would have nothing to worry about.
You realize the loot goes directly into your bag so it would be up to you to give in to the pressure. Oh no they may kick you from the run? It’s a PuG, who cares. The guilds I know don’t run the way you think they do.
At least it is going in the right direction now instead of trying to bring back ML. PL with no restrictions gives players the ability to control their loot, not a single person who wants to bribe their current eGF.
No thanks, this wouldn’t end well.
That person doesn’t like to read
But nobody reasonable who is in favor of ML for guild runs not 100% tradeable PL says that. We acknowledge that some people and guilds were bad, as is always going to be the case. But we also understand that thats the minority, and having the protection of only having ML useable in full guild runs with PL being there for everyone else.
See I don’t think that’s the case. I think it was much worse and obviously so did Blizz. They were probably sick of getting tickets over gear.
Why would you need ML in full guild runs if 100% tradeable PL was available? The only reason would be to hold loot over people’s heads. If EVERYONE is on board with trading / funneling loot, then that is achievable with 100% tradeable PL.
Ironic
You wouldn’t need it, it’s just more convenient (except for the sucker that gets stuck doing the ML.)
Why have 3-4 people trying to link their drop plus the rest trying to roll when its way more organized with 1 person in charge?
And while I included both, pretty much everyone that is for them would be ok with either.
Because when one person is in charge, they have absolute control and can abuse that power. Nothing is stopping them from deciding one day “Hey, me and my M+ buddies want to go onto bigger and better things. The BiS just dropped, so… peace out!”
So we’re back to the “everyone is a boogeyman” argument. Got it
If a system can be abused, it will be.
