Remove legendarys, covenants, soulbinds and conduits from instance pvp

Remove legendary effects, covenant abilities, passive soulbinds, and conduits in instanced pvp.

Its obvious that these broken borrowed power systems are never going to be balanced in an pvp setting, thats why they change every xpac. So the best thing to do would be to remove them from an instanced pvp setting like arena and bgs.

There’s gotta be like this big wheel that people like you spin every morning that just has random things to make a complaint post about.

“What a nice morning. And one which could be made even nicer by complaining! Let’s give the old whine wheel a spin! Cmonnnnn Paladin!! Aww it landed on borrowed power, guess we’ll go with that.”

How would it be pointless? Everything would be the same for you pve weebs. Prepatch pvp was some of the best pvp in awhile and thats because there was no covenant system available. There was no mind games, no convoke, no seed, no teleporting everywhere, sudden 30% increase of stats. You have dps that are abusing healer and tank specific legendaries for more survivability, healers that are abusing dps legendaries for extra dmg.

And you are defending this?

Pvp would be the same as prepatch except without the broken azerite powers system.

You’re /10c

I can enjoy both.

The fact that you can only come up with insults to make yourself look edgy and “cool” in front of random people on the internet instead of actually coming up with constructive criticism just proves you know I am right.

Riiight says the guy who called me a pve weeb out of nowhere lmao

That wasn’t even specifically towards you but you can keep on being butthurt and adding nothing to the conversation to up your forum post count up.

Insults me straight away, then tries to act like he’s smart as he tries to say I’m dumb because I insulted him. Checks out. Not surprised how dumb your logic is based on your post anyway.

Not gonna happen brother. They had all of BFA to disable the increasingly ridiculous borrowed power, that eventually did half of your damage in arena, and they never did. They are not going to remove the expacs signature abilities from arena - they’ve already set the precedent.

and lets be honest, the problem is not that these things are in arena. the problem is that every time blizzard adds borrowed power to the game, it is massively imbalanced in arena. Their mere existence is fine. lack of balancing them is the issue

I mean if you think pve weeb is an insult, the internet is not going to be a safe space for you. If you aren’t going to post about the topic then just stay quiet and get on with your day.

Yes, Pifz, I agree and that was the whole point of the post. They are never going to be able to balance these power systems with 30 specs in the game which in turns makes it massively imbalanced like you said. So why not experiment with the removal of those imbalanced systems (IN INSTANCED PVP) and try to tune the raw damage of classes/abilities instead of playing around these power systems that have been clearly causing balancing issues for the past several years since legion.

All the powers and abilities would be there for pve, just not for pvp.

Soulbinds, legendaries and covenants are the only hope some classes have at doing anything and they aren’t going to do class reworks mid-expansion.

Yes that is 100% a balancing issue. Having to use legendarys and covenants as a crutch for your class. Instead of your class providing you with the necessary tools, you are forced to use these systems to even be viable. Imagine mages not using triune legendary or playing a suboptimal covenant.

Dawww widdle fewwa keep hiding on your classic character and crying about retail, it’s ok

Dawww more useless comments from the angry lonely nerd.
