Increasing server cap was a horrible idea to begin with. The entire game was designed around 3500 people per server, which comes from the devs themselves. New blizzard doesn’t care about anything but dollars. That’s abundantly clear. In actual vanilla when they were making a fraction of their current revenue you were able to call customer service whenever you needed and get actual customer service. Company is absolute trash now.
