Remove layering for the sake of WoW

Listen, if it’s such a huge deal, just don’t play that first couple weeks and problem solved. Classic isn’t going anywhere.

That was sharding that was “suggested” to be used in starting zones.

Layering was never promised to be starting zones.

Layering is a disgusting pile of garbage that ruins the game for countless reasons. I can’t believe this many people are upset about it and they’re remaining silent.

Please don’t layer me again at launch Blizz. I’ve gotten layered a couple of times and it chipped away at my old WoW soul.

I mean just look at these sad boys who also got layered like me, thinking they could be part of a big PvP event on their realm happening at the time:

I’m dedicated to shutting down this nonsense scaremongering. Because we need layering, no matter what scare tactics people claim against it. Besides, its about 2 seconds of effort to reply to a post that had 2 seconds of thought.

It has nothing to do with scaremongering, people are expressing their opinions and preferences, and you want to tell them that their opinions and preferences are wrong for whatever reason. It’s fine though, you just keep on bumping the threads and draw attention to them.

Yep, same thing on my side. I ran 2 hours to Stormwind from night elf area only to find that all the excitement wasnt even happening on my layer…

Each layer will give you exactly the same amount of competition you had in Vanilla. How many times do different people need to tell you that?
