As a human in real life, I suppose I can speak on behalf of all other humans and say that we need the representation in this fantasy world and the diversity for inclusion. It makes me feel good because I’m easily placated by empty platitudes.

The humans in WoW aren’t a bug, they’re a classic feature. One of WoW’s great tricks - done even better than D&D maybe - was ‘humanizing’ orcs, trolls, even the undead, and by letting us play as them, empathize with them and see their common humanity, for lack of a better term.
