The devs: put things that can only accessed with flying to make verticality worth it from an exploration perspective

World PVPers still angry that flight gave people uninterested in the gankfest a way out: “How dare you have fun!”

Nah.

They designed the world in TWW with flying in mind from the get-go.

Seeing the Island from the air, and then the huge caves with lots of little treasures in high places, rocketing down that tunnel, the glyphs you can grab for achievements…

It’s all cool and I’m glad they let us fly.

We’ve had modern expansions where flying was not added until the X.2 patch…

It in fact does not restore any of that

Not like anybody ever really cared about World PvP other than gankers.

Warmode proves that.

Other than some people who don’t mind getting killed constantly, Warmode is a ghost town. Overwhelming majority of players play regular non-Warmode.

I’m guessing you are the same person that demanded particpation trophy’s for showing up at a sports event, instead of winning the event…

a few simple fixes for you:

  1. Don’t use a flying mount.
  2. When you start paying my Sub, then you can tell me what field to play on.
  3. Refer to Options one or two.

I’m sure it’s already been said but don’t use flying if you don’t wanna use it, it’s not that hard to add a ground mount to your actionbars and then just use it instead of one that flies, everyone else can fly and you can stay grounded, it’s literally that simple.

I used travel form and cat form for a good chunk of the leveling experience and enjoyed it.

It’s not that he doesn’t have any self-control, he’s mad that nobody else feels the way he does, and he hates seeing people happily flying in the air, not playing like how he thinks they should play.

Flying has NOTHING to do with the “leveling experience” as everyone’s experience is subjective.
You just want everyone to have your experience because you think your experience is superior.
