I find it funny healers start giving melee a taste of what they have been through for years AND NOW its a problem. Mr. War you have had terminal melee brain for decades now, perhaps now that you get a taste of what healers have gone through we can start to talk about your 100% uptime.
Until then get used to healers being able to kill you.

also itâs not even close in comparison especially in this meta you canât even w key as melee anymore but fistweaving literally pretty much has 100% uptime into most casters and you donât use mana and your entire playstyle revolves around you hopping your auto heals is enough while sitting on someone pressing 3 buttons

And what are you saying are you implying healers have no impact unless they are allowed to sit in the middle of the map, turn brain off and have 100% uptime and act as a dps while having auto healing keep their entire team up?
Fistweaving is one of the âfunâ ways to heal in a meta that is generally very unfun to heal. The âlet healers ungabunga tooâ was a joke, I do not like ungabunga meta.
If you actually read my posts in this thread you would see that I have said I think the way PvP is going is a horrible path and it needs to stop.
Strange because that seems to be the argument most DPS use. âOh I need my million gapa closers cuz I do nothing without 100% uptimeâ or âoh I need to be able to CC someone for 30 minutes or I canât kill themâ or âoh I need to be able to insta-heal myself from 1% to full through MS or I canât surviveâ and I could go on with all the silly arguments Iâve heard to justify the insane tools DPS have been give through the years.
Now healers are being given tools to keep up and match and the world is coming to an end, its bad design, overtuned, blah blah blah. I just get sick of the hypocrisy of it all.
Melee wings is hard to play and requires you to transition between melee and normal ranged healing styles and positioning. FW just hold W, stay in melee no positioning really except maybe to stay in range of port.
FW also just has high base healing output to deal with incoming damage, Hpal does not and requires proper CD economy.
Basically, if you are not good at Melee wings you will get run over a lot harder than someone who is not good at FW, less pub stomp by low skill players.
Funny I canât remember a time any of my healing classes, and I have played them all, have gone to 1% to 100% through an MS effect, especially with dampening, outside of a LoH crit on my pally. But Iâve done it several times in various expansions on my enh shammy and ret paladin.
You act as if healers canât have an impact in this meta unless they are all designed like fistweaver, sitting in the middle of the map with 100% uptime auto healing 3 people while doing budget ww rotations
Also I never said fistweaving is broken, just that the design is garbage and no one enjoys playing against it
