Delete demo locks from existence

Kovu always stuck me as more of a Feral Druid or at least Druid name.
Anyways, Demo needs to at least be adjusted in the screen clutter department because no one spec should require scripts/addons or unique UI adjustments in general to be tolerable.
always has bothered me that hunter/demo can pet stun when CC’d or how monk/lock can portal in a smokebomb.

Nah, nerf priests and shamans instead. Better they stop queuing so I stop scraping them off my boots everygame.
