How do you go about removing an authenticator from your account when you cant log into it because you have an authenticator attached. Plus you send in a request to have it removed from a gm. And it says you should get a response within 24 hrs. But almost 36 hrs later here still waiting for a response. There’s no physical person you call any more it’s all done through there page. It’s very frustrating. And no I don’t need to remove it from this account. It’s a 2nd account I setup for my kid. But she deleted the authenticator app from her phone by accident. And now she is locked out of it until someone removes the authenticator.
Due to the pandemic, what window chat is open for is quite short and reserved only for some certain cases. Tickets are taking a little longer than the staff would like since tickets are the primary way things are being done at current. Please just be patient and they will get to you as soon as they possibly can.

Did you happen to see if there’s a backup of her restore code and serial number? The app should have prompted for these things to have saved. With that you can restore the authenticator without a ticket.
If you have a iPhone it can also be restored from the cloud.
