Azerite helmet (i60) on Balance druid has 40 stamina. Crafted ilvl 100 has 46. Source: Relinquished Azerite Cap (Quest Reward), Desolate Leather Helmet.
Are you saying that level 50 alts should stop and raid BFA content for i101+ Azerite gear? No fresh character, new player, or boosted alt has a 150+ cloak/neck. None would have i101+ Azerite gear, either. Only shelved BFA alts would.
Are you implying that people should have to stop at 50 and do dated/not relevant content for several months in order to compete in the sub-60 BG bracket simply because level 60’s are in it?
Surely not. Surely not your point/implication.
There’s a significant difference in slightly outgeared but still viable against people who have those shelved alts – when compared to a level 60 character in m15/conquest gear with epic conduits, soul binds, etc.
[/quote] the azerite gear i get as drops are all 83 ilvl. that piece you want to compare is off the “pvp vendor”? that garbage was a joke during the patch why would you think its somehow ok now?
i dont make the rules and nobody HAS to do
anything but if you want to win gear your alts clicker. its hilarious to me how you think its ok to skip the last expansions content to hide in bgs under geared for xp. gear up or dont its your choice but you’re complaining about a problem that you can fix by not being lazy. get off the forums and gear you alts.
I have 5 toons all over 200, and I’m not posting on an anon alt. Maybe you should consider your own advice re: “being lazy/gearing yourself”.
There are none (zero) questable Azerite pieces at 50 that are 83. You can’t even -get- to i83 on Azerite pieces, because that would imply they’re either ilvl 78 (doesn’t exist), or ilvl 88 un-upgraded, which again doesn’t exist. Checked every single shelved BFA alt I had; even the ones that were in full m0 gear. None had the health levels you’re implying – not even faintly close.
“skip the last expansions content to hide in bgs under geared” ? Are you insane? You think people should need Heroic Nyalthoa gear to be able to reasonably compete in BG’s because there’s level 60’s sync-queueing with 15k+ health advantages over people? What? Do you even read the things you post?
No. You should be able to hit 50, do The Maw intro, do Threads of Fate, and queue up with reasonable competitiveness to equal players. Not against 210+ Rival baddies who are sync-queueing to stomp people in greens.
I have repeatedly, time and time again, proven with facts that you’re just talking out of your rear end. If you’re not going to do anything other than ad hominem insults, maybe you should stay off the forums and play the game more.
To be fair, this can totally happen in the 51-59 bracket if someone is in like BFA greens at 51. Unless you’re running around in full Mythic/M+ BFA gear at 51 you’re going to be down 8-10k HP from the 60s abusing the broken scaling. My 58 Rogue in pretty much all 128/132 gear ( max from WQs at 58 with ToF is 132 ) is sitting at like 19k HP, which is still ~3k short of the 60s queue’ing.
Edit: I completely agree that people who put no effort into gearing shouldn’t be complaining though. If you’re in BFA greens at 51 that’s a you problem.
your idea is to pvp level from 10-60 skipping every other expansions content, hit level 60 at around 100 ilvl, buy and upgrade 3 lolpvp pieces and be a fresh 60 in bgs mooching xp/conquest until you get a full set of lolpvp gear so you can finally do rated? you wont pve on your way to 60 but its 100% required at max level for renown and to unlock upgrades.
you’re a hypocrite.
the azerite armor rewards from world quests for my level 50 toon who hasnt done the cloak quest are ilvl 72 before upgrade. sorry the exact number wasn’t right but since you obviously can count real good use that big brain to gear your trash fotm rerolls.
done kicking this dead horse ill see you in the gulch. ill be the one 2 shotting your alts.
I could understand this argument if BGing whilst lvling was fast but since they have nerfed that into the ground then idk why 60’s going into a lower lvl BG is such a big deal.
I personally join bgs while leveling to get a feel for the class/break up the monotony. 60s, or twinks make it difficult to do so because you just die so fast all the time. It wouldn’t be so bad if it were 1, or 2 in a bg, but that’s generally not the case. Hell I just did a bg on my lvl 28 horde alt, and the whole team was geared Sargeras premade. Their boomy had 5.5k hp, and was convoking.
At the end of the day it is what it is. It’s not my place to judge how others enjoy their WoW experience. It can get frustrating though. Take solace knowing you’ll be 60 soon, and you’ll have a whole new list of complaints!
You want to use that as an argument when lvl10-19 are of similar comparison when the issue lies in 10 vs 60?! Sure it sucks to have a lvl10 vs a 19, but I rather that than to vs a lvl60. Because even for a lvl19 can’t complete with a lvl60.
the issue is a huge amount of the playerbase doesn’t know how the game works and come to the forums ill informed.
a level 19 in boas will be equal to a synced 60 in that bracket.
is boa gear anywhere close to bis? nope.
end thread.
Level 60 party syncs are manageable before level 40. After level 40 from 40 to 59 they need an ilvl adjustment. The ilvl is to high with the added covenant abilities make it overkill
Blizzard refusing to remark or even acknowledge this is unacceptable, yet predictable.
Those doing it are spineless and the worst part of gaming communities, the kind of people that would play sports as adults against small children and still walk around like they were good athletes.
Covenant abilities are only allowed in the 40s and 50s bracket. Nothing stops a level 48 from going to the maw quest line and getting covenant abilities. Ilvl scales down to where a decent geared 39,49,59 will have a higher ilvl. This is not broken go test it yourself and you will see. The only advantage sync bois have is their skill in the class and scaled down vers gear.
