As per PvP Currency Changes and Dates:

Honor will continue to be earnable and will reset with the start of Early Access on August 22.

This seems to apply regardless of whether or not you have Early Access.

Confirm honor was wiped, looking at it now, I don’t have Early Access.

I still do have conquest points. Is that supposed to be the case?
