In before they tell you their special changes are good and any other changes are just fine and they dont want to play SoD because its to many changes of the kind they dont like.

why should exorcism be allowed on any target? :expressionless: it’s for purging undead and demons, you know, evil things. learn 2 lore

OP is the typical bad player, not to be confused with a gamer.

I agree on this. It’s only an irritant having to constantly watch and rebuff  It means next to nothing for my mana pool, and well … this is like the secong change I have ever supported.
But for Exorcism on all targets or worse Crusader’s Strike, you’ll find me a staunch #NoChanger.

its just a scaling issue. That and seal of the crusader was a hold out spell for when Kevin Jordan wanted to make fast weapons an off meta for pve dps. A paladin should outdps a war/rogue/mage against demons/undead TBH. Or be more potent in pvp.

I’d be fine with such short buffs if it actually accomplished anything or there was an actual reason for it. But in practice it just serves to be annoying with no real benefit. :man_shrugging:t6:

They’re going to be up 100% of the time anyway, so what practical difference does it make whether I’m hitting the button every 5 minutes or every 30 other than one being a total ball buster.

If anything the 15 min blessings made 1 hour, the 5 min stays as is and the cost to cast reduced by 70% for the 5min.

Same reduction in cost for judgement, seals and consecrate. Doing so would extend the play of paladin in respect to team play components without disrupting the raid or PvP effects that would ultimately make an already very strong class even more so.

One other thing, I would make all offensive paladin spells use melee hit & crit.

In regard to my own wishful thinking…

NO CHANGES

Evil things?

You mean undead horde?
You mean orcs?
Minotaur rip off aka tauren?
Voodoo worshipping trolls?

You mean all the races the horde plays?

Seems very plausible because the horde are evily aligned.

Oh?

How is ret strong in classic?

Please tell everyone here.

99.9% of all ret paladins can’t even get a raid spot, and get mocked incessantly when players tell their guild they want to play ret.

Enhance shaman is infinitely stronger than ret and has access to strong rdps and much stronger mdps, while also having access to ae heals which are sustained via mana cookies.

Ret in classic is terrible.

These two things are completely unrelated.

Your argument is bad, and you should feel bad.

Ret in PvP is god tier if you’re not a dumpster player because its the single most powerful team play class spec in game and bar none the undisputed King of WSG.

Any regular Horde player will confirm what I am saying.

If you disagree then you have never learned team play, and or are a terrible PvP’r who should consider playing an easier class like Priest, Shaman, Warrior.

At this point I’m actually getting annoyed people keep saying Ret paladins are bad in PvP

Yeah, they’re the players who should just select retail or SoD.

pvp. ret reck is a monster spec when you get the gear (you get it too by raid healing, half the time you grab budget pieces and save your SR for MoM).

20/0/31 ret healer is actually the better pvp healing spec. once everyones got tier gear. The defensive moves you can make with repentance in WSG has no DPS equilvalent.

ret paladins are very strong in … pvp :expressionless:

because it is a … pvp spec :expressionless:

yeah it’s basically a ranged gouge it’s pretty awesome :expressionless:

Go look at TWoW forums and see how many people complain about ret paladins in PVP and you’ll see this dude is speaking the truth. Ret Paladins in TWoW are easily the best pvp class/spec on that server. They gave ret paladins crusader strike and holy strike.

We are indeed the strongest PVP spec in game when played correctly in Vanilla without any of the nonsense added. The problem most of these cry babies don’t understand about the Paladin class is that its a support class for PURE DPS who’s job is to also assist in kills with them by providing them better time on target via Freedom, reduction of pressure on casters via Sacrifice, and reduction in damage and increase in time on target via cleanse so that they can continue to do their jobs.

When played properly with other quality players, the Paladin class is bar none the best class in WoW vanilla for PVP use; there is nothing else that even comes close because of the power factor that Paladin actually brings to the battle field.

The REAL problem in Vanilla with paladin “mains” if you can even call them that, is that they simply do not understand how to play class and should have rolled a warrior.
