This is just a general feeling that I’ve had ever since Blizzard starting releasing expansions. I wish Blizzard would stop releasing new content and just let the players enjoy what’s already there. Many of us have lives outside of WoW and the constant change makes it difficult for us to keep up with the game. At the same time, we feel we’re missing out if we don’t participate in the new expansions.
In my opinion, WotLK was an outstanding expansion and Blizzard is jumping into Cataclysm far too soon. I needed an outlet to voice my opinion. Feedback is welcome.
I felt naxx dragged on a bit too long, Ulduar was a tad too long, and to my surprise, ToC ended refreshingly early. I didnt expect ICC until late november tbh. I was sure that blizzcon would announce the PTR to ICC.

That date is for legal reasons and they’ve put similar dates on every expansion/classic expansion release for years now. Blizz stated Cata is targeted to be released in the first half of 2024, so we’re getting at the very least the pre-patch before June.
TBC classic was way too short. They cut one season by like 6 weeks or more. I think it was S3
As for Wrath, Ulduar phase really dragged on imo. Also the #somechanges to incentivize running Naxx and Uld, after their normal lifespan, really burnt out pve’ers imo
i agree. i would be curious to check out your “classic char”. You seem to have nearly limitless free time, so I know your classic main can’t just be one dk with 6 naxx runs and no other pve or pvp for the entire expansion
