I resubbed, forgetting why i unsubbed, only to come back and be greeted by excessive toxicity when saying hi in general chat… suddenly i remember… no refund options… just regrets, wish blizz would stop there bickering within there company and start focusing on the toxicity more in there games…

Not much blizzard can do about the human condition. They’d have to do away with chat altogether. This isn’t unique to WoW though, so I’m not sure where you’re coming from. Unless this game is your only multiplayer experience.

its all servers, I have characters on a few realms and they all have the same crap. more bothered by the fact they don’t have an option to refund. Also saying they can do whatever they want with no regard is an issue lately in the world. people supporting it is also a plague…

I’m curious what you expect Blizzard to do? Do you want people to get banned for not being friendly?
This isn’t true unless something has changed since LK re-released. I have been given refunds if asked for in a reasonable time. Usually if I’ve only played once or so since resubbing.
Obviously there comes a time where they’re going to say “no, you used the time you paid for - sorry” but I’ve been granted refunds on “I forgot to unsub before the current month but haven’t played” or “I resubbed but only played once and changed my mind” 5-6 different times in the 16 years I’ve played wow.
They absolutely have the capability to grant refunds when it’s appropriate.

Why talking on general channel as your reason to sub tho? There’s nothing of value in here, the reason why you should sub is so you start working on your characters and get back on track.
