Doing Karazhan at the time of writing this. Was thinking about this while fighting Shade…

I tank normally. Shade doesn’t care about that. He shoots who he wants.

Given the nature of the Shade of Aran fight, I want to play as either Boomkin or Tree for it.

I don’t want to pay 100g to switch in an out this single encounter.

Simple as that.

Yep, I honestly think dual spec is so attractive because people aren’t fully appreciating the implications of having it in a rock/paper/scissors designed game like TBC.

It’s not that people who oppose it are all #nochanges, or that we don’t like people having nice things, but rather we’re acknowledging that there is a reason it wasn’t a simple thing for GC to implement and it had to wait for WoTLK, that reason wasn’t technical but rather the fact that the game design of TBC needed to be redone to accommodate it without adversely impacting game balance.

Now if there were dual spec! Hmmm, Why take a Druid Tank for Kara? Being able to go kitty and do reasonable dps in your Tanking spec is like THE perk of bringing you along.
