Although I absolutely love WOW and everything it is, I’ve found that I don’t really have the time to be playing classic as much as I’d like to, I just wanted to ask for a refund for my subscription & if it can be refunded I would be very pleased :))
I apologize for the inconvenience if there is one, I just don’t see any valid reason to have that payment go through and me not play WOW in the month of time I payed for, thanks

I know, I went to that to request first. But it says that my refund is ineligible, even though I bought the sub around 15-30 minutes ago, very frustrating.
If your subscription was recently charged or game time very recently added, we may be able to help, Syrielle. Please submit a ticket and our staff will look into the request. You’ll select Support in the upper right corner of this page, then Contact Support > Payments > Refunds > Refund other World of Warcraft purchases. If it doesn’t show any eligible refund options click on “I still need help”.
