Refund i didnt request

i just had a transaction refunded but i didnt initiate a request for a refund. what do i do? i guess ill open a ticket but how does this happen

A refund on what? yes, a ticket would be prudent.

Indeed - could the transaction have been disputed? But a ticket would be the way to get this researched.

Only time ive seen this sort of mystery refund crop up on the forums, is when someone has been gifted something, then the person who gifted decides to refund/dispute the transaction.
