Somehow I have two charges in the amount of $10.75 for a name change. I only need one (1) of my characters renamed in TBC Anniversary. How can I get one of the $10.75 charges reversed?

There is a self service refund tool, it should work, if not you will want to submit a ticket to request a refund one of the name changes.
Where can I find this self service tool? I have not played since last summer and even then, I honestly forget where I can find the information you provide. Thanks so much for the help. Once I find that, I will try and see what happens!

How do you open a ticket? I am trying to refund a recurring subscription but your support tool keeps timing out on me. I seem to be stuck in an infinite timeout loop where all I can do is refresh the page until it times out again. I never get the chance to create a ticket.
You usually can’t refund a sub. You can certainly cancel it.
