Hello. A few weeks ago I cancelled my subscription to WoW due to financial constraints. I found today that I was billed anyways a few days after it should have ended. I have since cancelled the subscription, and the automated system states that I am not eligible a refund. The refund policy states that I can refund any unused game time within 14 days, and I am well within those days.
At the bottom of the refund page, there should be an option for still needing help. Using that you can submit a ticket to ask for a gm to look at your request.

Hit the “I still need help” link right below it. The automated system doesn’t grasp nuance that a GM will consider.
