Refund for game time

ive done everything i can on the website and it just keeps tossing me around, no resolve, no place to submit a ticket. i go through the automated process and it just keeps throwing me back in the same loop with no solution or way to resolve my issue.
theres no number to call, the online auto tool is useless.
im looking for a refund for my gametime. i had it closed out and disconnected and this month it decided that it was going to turn its self back on and auto renew my sub time. i want a refund please.

There does appear to be some issues with tickets, and some of the self-help features, Iradar.

That’s being looked into. I’m afraid I don’t have any more info at the moment.

Nobody in this forum. can grant/request or even influence any ability for you to get a Refund, including the Blizzard representatives.

If your unable to submit a ticket, you can try other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Chrome or try using a mobile device as often if one is having an issue, often using a mobile device will work when you have issues with going thru your computer.

i found an end where i can submit a refund ticket.
ive been sitting here for over an hour watching the submit button spin and spin. i tried it on my phone where it continues to spin indefenitley.

If you haven’t, try using a different browser to see if that helps also try going incognito mode and logging in and submitting that way.
