Refund 6 month sub, and 80 dollar edition?

he never said he purchased those he said he puchased the game and a 6 month sub

I am not trolling anyone I am just stating what happened just now when helping out a fellow threader

6 month sub. That counts as game time.

Wrath is free for people with a sub/game time.

The purchased packaged is a mount and boost.

So yes, he purchased exactly what I said.

If I had a dime for every time someone came here mad about something, saying they were never coming back, I’d get a mention in Forbes. But if I had a penny for every one of those players that comes back a month or two later, hoping nobody notices, well, now, that would be real money.

If you initiate chargebacks, you will likely get them. And you may quit, but odds are good that you will eventually want to come back. If you do, Blizzard is going to require you to repay those chargebacks.

I work for a CC company and yes we do side with the card member 100% of the time, then we go back to the company and say, “hey this CM said you didn’t produce the product they paid for we are charging you back and you have to pay it unless you can prove you delivered…” Now most of the time if the charge back is small the company won’t really fight it and they will take the loss and the charge back charge (different for each company but usually around 25.00). However recently companies have had enough with charge back fraud and are starting to aggressively fight charge backs.

If they send back proof that they provided what was sold (which Blizzard would more than be able to do here) than the chargeback is reversed and you would have the charge put back onto your account. If the amount is above a certain threshold (proprietary and secret) or if you have too many reversed your card will be canceled and a negative mark placed on your credit report. Anyone that is suggesting to “just do a chargeback duh!!!” is giving horrible and illegal advice.

TL/DR: I know what card companies and businesses are doing now with chargebacks and the days of just charging back anything that you aren’t happy with is over. Have fun wrecking your credit.

I’m sorry, but just seeing that you’re mostly hitting threads in regards to the missing items/spell bug relative to the WotLK package, this post is relevant to the OP’s thread how again?

Advocating for fraudulent chargebacks are a good way to lose one’s posting privileges. The OP’s issue has nothing to do with the missing items bug but everything in relation to their account being sanctioned. Your schtick of nonconstructive posts don’t belong here on CS. If you’ve got constructive feedback it belongs in General Discussion forums or submitted through the in-game suggestions and feedback interface. Or, if you’re so turned off and disgusted with the game or even the company itself, perhaps you shouldn’t continue to play it or devote any of your time and money to it.

Congratulations on publicly declaring your intent to commit a serious crime.

No, they don’t. They open an investigation and contact the company in question. Even if they immediately release the funds back to you, they still investigate beyond it. And if/when they find out that not only did the company deliver (or will have delivered, in the case of a pre-order), and that your statement was a lie, you will have many more problems with your bank and possibly the police.

If you want to quit over a perceived injustice, go for it. If you want a pre-order refund, Blizzard will likely give it. But unused game time is generally not included.
