Pre-wotlk you reduced the TBC PVP gear dramatically.
17 Honor Points per win = 148 wins to get the Wrathful weapon.
its literally the exact cost of Justice Point gear at lvl 85. You actually get 23 Justice Points for doing a gamma.

Agreed. Also why is the off pieces more expensive? 2k honor for a belt?
They didnt reduce the points in the off-season because we can buy it with honor now but no one is going to farm enough honor for a full set.
Pvp was emergency hotfixed last night, dont worry!!!
Because people were getting too much xp and blizzard wanted to nerf it 
Maybe they’ll get around to fixing the bugs that dont hurt their boost sale bottom line sometime next week 
Why do you desperately need the gear? You’re not walking into the first raid with that gear like you could with Naxx gear into Kara or sunwell gear into Naxx. This had happened with every prepatch in classic so far, people complain about honor gains. Maybe you should have done a little preparation if you wanted the weapon so bad.
Its just fun gearing up characters on prepatch and playing around with all the new stuff in BGs. I had a blast doing this on wotlk prepatch and full geared 3 toons, just for fun. Current honor gains to cost ratio is way distorted vs the wotlk prepatch, and is just not reasonable. No reason not to let the players have fun w/ the gear for a few weeks.
I think they need to re-evaluate the cost of honor and JP gear or give us a huge boost to how fast we gain both currencies. Even if this was what things cost in real Cata, CataC is on a very accelerated path, so faster currency gain would make sense. Or at least give a temporary bonus until launch to make the pre-patch feel less absurd since the time investment to get certain items is actually probably longer than you’ll use it for.
Also things like heirlooms seem way off. You used to be able to buy them for 40 emblems. Now they cost over 2k justice points. 40 emblems would have converted into 464 justice points.
But then how are they supposed to get people to play the game if there’s no artificially created grind?
Please Blizzard do this!
I mean, it’s just fun to pvp with gear. It’ll get replaced early in cata.
Even funnier once you realize that resilience isn’t even working. 2180 honor for a belt or boots that has a dead stat on it.
