Reduce the honor point requirement for honor gear

I had a similar suggestion but instead of reducing the costs reduce it to 5 tiers instead of 7 which would artificially reduce honor costs. Along with making honor tokens being able to be sent to alts to be traded in for honor. I mean we can already buy them for honor. Why not trade them in for honor?

Note: I would link this in the PvP section but it was to broad in my opinion to link in a certain section of the pvp topics. If it had let me just post it in the PVP section and not have to choose a particular one I would have posted there. One thing I think needs to be adjusted is the starting item level of honor gear. Honor gear imo should start at ilevel 197 (so instead of 7 tiers it reduces it to 5) since Korthia gear starts at ilevel 200 anyway. It will also cut down on the grind of hon…
