Hey, I’m Remi and have been trying to figure out where I can go to have my problems rectified, having now been redirected to assert my post here.
Incapable of accessing PTR/Beta environments if anyone has access to dealing with my problem in any way it would be hugely appreciated <3
I can’t make any promises that we can assist, Remi, as Customer Support has no real involvement with the PTR or Beta testing, but maybe we can figure out what is going on.
I assume you mean Midnight in that other post and not War Within. The way access works for Alpha/Beta is that accounts are granted a license. Generally speaking, you either have the license or you don’t and having one shouldn’t prevent you from getting another, nor having access to the PTR.
It would be helpful to know what you see when you are looking at the Desktop App. Under World of Warcraft, if you click on the Game Version dropdown, what do you have under “In Development”?
