I have restarted several times, repair tool has been run, and uninstalled and reinstalled game. Still receiving red realms and being incompatible. WOW51900223
You said restarted, Leckielaird, is that restarted the client or restarted your computer?
Red Realms simply means your client is out of date. The Battlenet App usually picks up the update as soon as you log out of the game but restarting your computer often does the trick if it didn’t.
What version do you have listed under the play button for World of Warcraft?

Both, computer and client. I’m currently checking for updates. Version: 10.1.5.50401
Yeah, you are off by 03. The current version should be 10.1.5.50504.
You said you uninstalled and reinstalled the game, did you uninstall and reinstall the Battlenet App? That’s what the Support Article currently recommends.
If the issue persists I’d recommend visiting our Technical Support forum, they may have some more advice on how to get you updated.
