Hi there, met an issue here about my recruit. Back in Decembers last year, I recruited my friend and he used the link and made payments. Everything was going well and I got 2 of those bonus from doing the recruit. But at the point of my friend made a purchase of 1-year subscription on the same wow account(and he got no other wow account), my recruit bonus started to stop. Could any of you plz help me with it, Thanks!
That is strange, nothing looks amiss. As far as I can tell you should have been earning RAF rewards monthly still.
I don’t see any open issues with Recruit a Friend at the moment but I’m going to poke around and see what I can find.

I actually did post an update earlier but apparently I was in the wrong thread. I’m sure all the Character Transfer people were a bit confused. 
So, it looks like the overall issue that caused this was recently fixed in 1.11.5. However, that fix wasn’t retroactive. This is something we hope to have pushed in an upcoming patch so once that goes in you should be caught up with the rewards you should have received.
I don’t have a definitive date for that, but the plan is for 1.11.7, assuming all goes well.

Thanks for all ur information above and it works as what u said.
But only for part of it, lol. Well, I did get the 3rd months bonus from recruit, but no 4th and any further. Would there be another bug fix on these? My friend was recruited by me from Demember last year. So until now, 6 bonuses should be in my pocket.
I believe that one is for the month of June. Yla, can you put in a ticket for this? I would use the Payments category.
We should be able to help at this point now that things on the back end are resolved.
It is a new policy, but hopefully they’ll be able to handle that right away.
