Recruit A Friend

I’m trying to RAF myself.

When I goto Create Starter Account, it adds THREE. What in the world? Two WoW(#) and then “(??) - Starter Account”, I delete them using the automatic site, and it adds FOUR after I redo it. I’m not understanding this at all. Please help

During the creation process it will look for a eligible license to recruit. If there is none, it will create a new license, that when you add game time it will link and that is how RaF works.

I have no idea what that means. Thanks Kozzae for trying. I’m just dumb.

What do you mean by three, Treesome? It added three Starter Edition WoW Licenses?

From what I can see you have had a few starter editions on this Battle.net account over the years. I believe the last one before now was wow#9, added back in 2020 (which had game time at some point because it is considered a veteran account). The others appear to have just been starters and were removed at one point of another.

When creating new WoW licenses it keeps the same numbering sequence, so even if you don’t have a WoW#2 on the account, the next one would be WoW#10, WoW#11, etc…

The Recruit a Friend option, assuming you are recruiting yourself, allows you to link either a new Starter Edition license or a veteran license that has been inactive for 2+ years. You don’t currently have any veteran licenses on this account that qualify since the WoW#9 license was recently active.

It does look like you created a new Battle.net and added a Starter there that is linked to your main WoW license. That will work.

Please note, we cannot move licenses between Battle.net accounts, so if you ultimately wanted that licenses on this Bnet, I’d recommend making one here and just link that.
