In order for the Recruit to receive Recruit a Friend rewards both accounts must be active. From what I can see, you had multiple failed purchase attempts for your WoW#7 license, and one successful one in April, but then refunded the successful one.

While you have active game time on your Recruit ( your old named account), your Recruiter needs game time too. You’ll receive the month’s reward 8 days after the qualifying game time is on the accounts.

Recruit A Friend

To save you a bit of time, your current open ticket… the character was likely purged from the system. Level 10 characters don’t last a long time once deleted. If you don’t see the character on the list, neither would a Game Master. The Character Undelete option accesses the same list.

In order to earn RAF rewards the recruiting license must be active with the recruited account adds game time.

Third post on this, but it seems the answer is the same.

The character is level 10 and the website indicates that it can still be recovered for 90 days.

Was the character an Allied Race or Hero class? If so, then the 90 days timer would not apply.

Note: Allied races and Hero classes can’t be restored if deleted at their starting levels.
