Let me make something clear: What you were doing at the time of the ban isn’t necessarily why you were banned.

what i would like to be clear is what i did or what addon flaged it when they looked my account up after my fellow player accused me of cheating,pointing at a big TOS does not tell me what i did wrong i genuinely feel i was not cheating.
What addons are you using?

Please stop spreading misinformation. There is absolutely an appeals process and the instructions on how to appeal are included in the email sent when an account action is applied.

Most of those seem pretty standard.
First time hearing about conRO - it is just putting an animation over the spell it wants you to use, correct? Or does it actually make it so you click one button and it will use the preferred spell - that could be risky if so, but I am no expert in this area.

I simply don’t believe you. If a blue post stated that Blizzard owned and operated bot accounts I would be much more inclined to believe the latter.
i gave up tried like 5 times same ai response and like i said all i wanted to know was what it was i did wrong /addon so i could remove it they can keep that account suspended and the 6months i lost in renewing it, if they just said what it was.
