its not the CS teams fault we didn’t get invited, but they did advise deleting the PTRs so.

Many of us deduced before CS knew what was going on with the beta invites that the having 2PTRs was the issue, so we paged CS to have them remove one account in the hopes that would clear things up. Can you either confirm or not that people who were proactive in removing this are still going to get flagged for the stress test as intended? Thanks

Any updates to the situation will probably be made in the sticky thread at the top of the CS forums. Keep an eye on that one.
This has been covered a few times now by Vrak and you can read it in the first post of the sticky too.
Well the semantics of that says if you had contacted them, they will automatically remove the license. This implies a pending ticket, not a resolved one which had the PTR license removed already.

Note: For those who may have contacted CS already to have their PTR license removed, you don’t need to do anything else. When this is run it should automatically remove the extra PTR license if you have one and otherwise flag the account for Stress Test participation if you were on the original list of invitees.

Well it’s just that everyone who didn’t have CS remove the account or the CS rep didn’t get to it by the time they figured out the issue already had their account’s flagged while those were who proactive have not had it flagged.
It would be nice to get some blue clarification on this either way though.
But that was a blue clarifying it. Not sure what else you’re expecting Vrak to say to be honest.
Reassurance that if you had CS delete a PTR account then you’re still getting access? Or not getting it? Just to definitively state it either way since, again, no one who had a CS delete the 2nd PTR has been flagged for access.
Its open for 26 hours. the 2 hours is the dev monitored stress test.
I know a lot of people are still having trouble, but I was surprised to see my account got fixed. Just wanted to say thanks for getting the word out, I appreciate it.
Did you manually remove your PTR’s or just the auto removal?
I was referring to the two PTR = no stress test client bug
Just wanted them to doubel check that if someone has stress test and PTR that a BUG doesn;t exist that they don;t get the beta added if lucky to be selected.
It is still a pretty insignificant time-frame especially with the level 5 cap and most of us will end up RPing in goldshire anyway. It might be just my opinion tho. All I’m saying is, the situation is disappointing and bad and whatever but it is not worth losing our marbles over it in the grand scheme of things.

So far I have not heard a single person who had CS remove a 2nd PTR get their issue resolved. Still no access. Not looking good at this point considering seemingly everyone who did nothing about it has gotten their issue resolved.
