Beyond what I’ve already said, Setrono, which has been edited into the first post in this thread, I don’t have any additional information. CS is unable to currently assist as they would be unable to flag anyone for the Beta or Stress test.

I understand that, it’s just that having 2 PTRs does not interfere with the invite part, it just intervenes with the access part

Maybe next time dont mention the extra PTRs, I deleted mine and now were not getting the beta at all.

We are just hoping you could communicate up to the team that there are some of us who removed the PTR account(s) hoping that would help things and the second pass of flagging did not. Whoever you reached out to first heard you, and we’d love it if you could at least pass on this knowledge. Thanks again for hearing us out and for all your help.

We know you guys are doing everything you can! That you are just the middle men/women, we just were trying to convey that those of us who contacted cs to have ptrs deleted this morning were missed during the second pass.
