Horde players, Blood Elf players have a right to not want to share what makes their faction unique.
You have a problem with that?

if you want to play pale, blonde, blue eyed elf in the alliance, play void elf

no need for high elves to be added, just drop anything bob doesn’t want in his land in telogrus rift.

corrupted, uncorrupted and undead elves fit under the rendorei banner, the void learning is what bonds them together, they may look different but they all share the same goal, to master the void and used to good ends.

since the start void elves where different, alleria and umbric are rendorei but they walked diferents paths to be there and they look diferent too.

void elves are what allied races should have been.

Those are called void elves on the alliance.

Give a mouse a cookie and so on

Why is it after Blizzard caved and gave you high elfers something as a compromise, even though it isn’t exactly a high elf or whatever at least you can make close to one, why must you continue to demand more.

Is it any wonder players are sick and tired of this stuff?

For years we tolerated it some better than others then when it happened most of us sighed relief that it was over but was it nope high elfers keep crying and demanding more be taken away from other elf races.

If Blizzard gave into all your demands and the only elf race left was your high elf stuff can you imagine how many players would quit and like those in game as npc’s you would be the only ones left in game.

Dude. No one asked.

Stop. Talking about this and derailing the thread. That goes both sides. Please for the love of Naaru, ignore each other.

Its gross. ERP is stupid.

I don’t know at this point.

After the velf thread got locked in the middle of the night, the doxing and death threats, I think there’s a legitimate problem in the elf community.

Speaking of I was asleep
what happened? Looked like the posts that did it got deleted.

I saw a few posts about what happened on twitter, and then I had gone to sleep. Woke up and the thread was locked and hidden, so I assume the drama followed.

Well
if they restore it after they review my appeal hopefully nothing like that will occur again.

If they don’t I may try to reestablish it. Gonna make a few changes too. Always more work to do.

It would be a shame to lose the thread. You’d did a wonderful job curating it. :blue_heart:

One of the posts I do see from last night makes me feel I need to get the archive done finally. So I’ll be working on that this next week I think.

EDIT: Its back actually.

Because the game is at an all-time low. Many supporters, guilds and content creators have left WoW for good. The sales are as low as WoD or even worse. The community is in an unrest how player unfriendly the game has become. The current expansion is not interesting enough and has too many issues. They have/had a lawsuit, their public image and good will of the players are gone.

Of course they are going to give the players everything they want now
but it’s too late. High Elves should have been playable for the Alliance since Legion. Cross Faction isn’t still available and only in limited form from disabling its access through bugs (read: It’s finished for a future update).

I agree.

Blizzard gave the Quel’dorei Lore, ancestry and heritage to the Horde in 2006. There is no doubt that High Elves were given to the Horde.

Through Void Elves, the Alliance now has playable High Elves. There are no other models, there’s no other heritage. The heritage of Quel’thalas belongs to the Sin’dorei.

Chris Metzen, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2005, 1:55
'Blood Elves were chosen as the Horde expansion race in the Burning Crusade because designers were thrilled with how well Samwise had redesigned the classic wood elves with the night elves. And they knew that, “one day, high elves are going to have to get a facelift, too.

“I don’t think anyone has abused high elves to this degree,” Metzen said.

And like every other WoW Race, the Thalassian model is also used as NPCs, both Horde, Alliance, enemy and neutral. (Death Cultists, Bloodmoon Cultists, Sunfury, Silver Covenant etc, etc
)
