No it wouldn’t lol. They would get SOME new players, but it wouldn’t magically make WoW a better game. FF14 and ESO are successful games because they’re fun to play and have longevity, not solely because you can play them on more than just PC. Also it helps that WoW is doing so bad right now, both games have had an influx of new players thanks to people quitting WoW.

Sure, lets make every class able to water walk, because how does slowly swimming to your destination be any fun. And lets also allow every class to summon people, after all, it is no fun waiting for the to arrive. Lets also make your hearthstone have no CD, after all, waiting 30 minutes to be able to use it is absurd, if I want to go to the capital, why should I be prevented from doing so? We could also make everyone able to go through the emerald dreamway, its just more options of travel available to everyone.
