i did a 130mb update to the game and now my realms and characters are nowhere to be found. any advice or fixes or updates would be greatly appreciated, i did a realm status check and had other ppl on other realms check their realm lists to see if my realms showed and they came up just fine, but for me its impossible and im getting frustrated. thank you
You don’t need to post on alt characters to make the same post. This is seen as spamming.
i didnt mean to, i was logged into wrong account on browser when i made original post and switched to my actual account, that was my shadowlands account which has different realms, i wasnt trying to spam im sorry
Happens after a server maintenance what wow account you have on the launcher can switch. Happen to me last week
yeah but my account is the one it should be, and my other toons on other realms show up, but not blackrock or ghostlands, the whole realm is gone
Have you tried finding the realm when sorting alphabetically? Seems to maybe be an issue where the realm shows no characters and gets moved back down the list.
UPDATE: couldnt find the names in alphabetical, so i signed out, deleted battlenet app, redownloaded it, logged back in, and now my realms and characters are back, thank you to all who tried to help <3!!!
anyone else running into an issue like this? i just did a 130mb update to the game when i wokeup, i just was playing last night and all was fine,. now though my realms arent showing up in the list, and my characters are nowhere to be found. any advice or fixes or updates would be great, i did a realm status check and had other ppl on other realms check their realm lists to see if my realms showed and they came up just fine, but for me its impossible and im getting frustrated. thank you
Are you logging into the correct wow licence on the launcher?
yes , my other realms/toons show up but not my main ones
I checked today, and Ghostlands is still missing on my end. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my PC, I also tested on my laptop and the realm is really missing.
