Realm Status Page... Fixed

Please make sure your realm status page reflects the realm status correctly… Ok sure realm Maintenace gets extended but some of us just check the realm status page… instead of checking to see if we can log in to the game… Fix that please

Yeah, silly posts like this give cover for what this really is. Greed. Cut spending on customer service personnel and communications groups in order to increase the bottom line.

The realm status page is not an appropriate place to look anymore. It hasn’t been taken care of since 2021, according to this.

Well then they should delete the page… but in all honesty it cant be so difficult to provide a realm status page on a website aswell its been acurate in the past even when just a single realm would go down… (stormrage specifically) went down for 20min while the rest of the realms stayed up… this was reflected on the realm status page…

One should not be expected to search if the information provided directly on blizzards website is accurate

Companies these days really dont care about customer service at all oh well i know it wont change… tough … i guess

and above all other excuses you can come up with… its in the drop down from game info… right here on this forum or the main wow site. Realm Status its not like we have to go looking for the page.

This is just as bad if not worse, and makes even less sense when they finally updated it just a few minutes ago.

Poor communication by Blizzard either way.
