I cant say much, but I’m mildly tempted to scoot about on my DH and start spray painting people orange and kill them when they attack me.

Yes there is way, you don’t have to worry about Alliance attacking your players in SW, as written in policy I will deal with my comrades to make sure we all follow this policy and ensure things are going well.
Guards , I think guards can’t really kill you without even azerite gear.

I wonder if this is some kind of reverse-psychology 4d chess move.
Maybe Aggressor wants more alliance players to be active fighting the horde PVPers he hates so much:
So he made a promise in this post that he will stop us from attacking horde players in Stormwind, thus making us want to attack the horde more just to spite him.
All according to his plan! 
Or maybe he’s an attention-seeking goofclown with no idea how anything works.

I tried to spray paint Shirt orange once but she randomly attacked me.
It was very rude.

For those who’ve done nothing wrong, probably frustrating and nerve wracking because they’ve now got to prove their innocence.
