Grobb is already dead in case you hadn’t been paying attention. But I suspect you already knew that and are just here to be a troll.
Doesn’t cost me anything to keep telling Blizz they’re wrong to not allow transfers off of Grobb, the reasons for which have already been detailed substantively a few times already.

I read the post… nowhere did they say there were no longer allowing us to move to Pagle directly.
Now it’s stupid, because since I need to wait to check if my name will unlock when they will unlock the virtual realms, and skip raid until then, or pay for a transfer to Pagle.

You can transfer to your virtual realm which is already connected to Pagle READ THE POST
Also the reason the realms are locked is to avoid people from stealing each other names
grobb is not and has never been dead for all of classic. Grobb is the only server that will still be here when the rest have withered away.

Simple, my name was taken on the server I’m on by somebody who has not played since TBC, I have it on all the other servers except the original one, the name has probably been released today but it’s impossible for me to claim it because we can’t create new characters.
Meaning I would xfer to the virtual realm with the old name.
I already had that name on Pagle, so I was going to xfer to Pagle to fix that, now if I want that name I have to wait for them to unlock the realms…
If Pagle was an option, wouldn’t be an issue as Pagle was my orginal classic server.
So I had zero interest to move to a virtual realm, wanted to move to the physical realm, I thought the virtual realm was going to be an OPTION for those wanting to preserve their names that were not going to be available on Pagle.

these virtual realms are separated from pagle virtually so if someone in Pagle has your name it doesn’t matter, the name in that new virtual realm will be new.
reading comprehension is not your thing i see… my actual server I didn’t have my name, but they were going to free names today.
anyways.
$210 to transfer my characters off at a discounted price. All my characters are interconnected through crafting and there are very few I’d be willing to leave behind even if some of them were only made for the Stay Classy achievement (which we’d lose if we move so those characters would have to come, too).

i find it hilarious that you wont give free xfers off grobb, then discount the transfer price because were begging for years for free xfers off. you know 1) people already want off grobb. 2) you know people that make the mistake of xfering to grobb are gonna regret it. so you’ll for sure make money off this some way somehow you got to cash in on the people you disregard and leave to despair. the discount on xfers after this is disgraceful af but why should i be surprised with blizzard doing a quick money grab yet again
