Well, I donât plan on rushing and i have 2 groups of friends playing Classic in two different guilds. So as long as I am social and form a network, getting into most things will not be that hard. Honestly i just want to have funâŚThis will be my first time leveling on a pvp server but i have always played in warmode in BFA. So i kinda know what its like.
How hard is it to gear a lock or rogue ? I have heard rogue does not need a lot of gear to be effective while lock is very gear dependent.At what point with a lock can i expect to hold my own in pvp ? I only plan on playing one class so skill and knowledge will come as i play.
I really like leveling a rogue on pvp servers, but not necessarily for the reason you might expect. Yes, they are fun in w/pvp and ganking. You mentioned gathering professions and farming mats. Rogues are amazing because if you want to avoid pvp encounters while farming for mats you can easily do with stealth/vanish/sprint/blind ect. It feels bad when youâre a warlock or basically any other class trying to farm with a bunch gankers with a target on your back

Lol believe it or not. The one thing i really want to do in classic is max out fishing âŚI know it sounds stupid, but in the 14-15 years i have played wow i have never ever came close to maxing it out. I am just so excited to do the little things in classic. Thanks for youâre post

So I was interested in the rogue pvp viability topic between a few people in this thread so I found a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTrVgogA6kU (3:19) which kind of supports what Rocks was saying but also what Davy is saying that premades will take 1 rogue.
Kind of surprising because I was under the assumption that rogues were like PvP-gods in vanilla.

Herod is going to be full of edgy private server players who have done the content 200 times before and are aiming for âworld firstâ in a 15 year old game. Theyâre going to rush to 60 and then start crying about lack of content when they clear MC after the first week. Itâs going to be sad and anyone who actually wants to play the game for what it is should avoid these tumours. I mean theyâve already kind of formed their own community on the server discord. Youâll be an outsider at best. And if youâre not a warrior, forget about tanking for these neckbeards.
I already did classic content 14 years ago⌠I am in no way rushing. It will take me 3-6 months to hit max levelâŚI will enjoy every second of it and i will not be on Herod.
