I have made an account, I currently own Diablo2 and Diablo3, but for some reason my real name says “Adventurer” for first name, and my last name is blank. I want to purchase W.O.W. but I am unable to complete the transaction.
I have started a ticket, but no response in 4 days. Is this a normal response time? And is this a common account-name problem?

When I try that, it tells me I need to contact customer support. I submitted a ticket 4 days ago. Just wondering what the normal wait time may be for something like this.
Ticket times are running a lot longer than normal, usually would have been answered in 24 hours now can take 8 to 12 days. Hopefully you added a redacted capture of your id to the ticket to help make it go faster once someone does get a chance to work your ticket
