I think it would be helpful to know what “certain forums” this applies to before flipping out about it. I don’t really see them doing this on any wide scale given the backlash they received last time it was announced.

Thank you! I think the forums that they are mentioning might be connected accounts like fb and such. I am sure that many folks have all of that stuff connected or post their game info on other social platforms which would just be them exposing themselves in a way.
I have a fb that I look at every once in a blue moon. I might even make a post every couple years. It gets way too stupid there, and some good people make a$zes of themselves when it comes to politics and such. Too much for this old lady!
