Reagent Bank Tabs When?

Oof. SWTOR didn’t add theirs until a couple few years, I think. They had Legacy storage since 2016. But the bottomless reagent tab is newer.

i haven’t really noticed.

you don’t seem as dramatic as the person posting in another thread who has engaged with multiple people, then announced they’re putting them on ignore :upside_down_face:

What thread is this? I’d like to do some research… for Science!

i don’t want to cross link…
it may or may not be the thread about collecting appearances, the one started by a blue a couple of hours ago.

This is honestly new to me, because I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with Dracen before. But it’s like the third time now I’ve seen this behavior recently. Everyone has off days, though.

Thanks!

I still haven’t seen that movie

Not trying to change the thread subject, but since it was brought up I’d like to ask (seeing as everywhere online I look says no).

Can you actually put someone on ignore like a certain individual claims to do? Or is it just simply ingoring as in, not going to respond/acknowledge?

Yes, but I can’t remember what trust level that starts at.

If you click on their name, there will be a view profile button. Under their name (on mobile) or to the right (on computer) it’ll say Normal with a dropdown arrow. You can ignore from there.

Or go into your profile settings and to User’s, then add and save from there if their profile is hidden.

I believe this is your problem. No there’s plenty of space in the reagent bank, and now with a shared warband bank expanding it further … eh, yeah. There’s an overwhelmingly large amount of space we can make use of it.

if you click the users avatar, then click “view activity”, it’ll take you to this page, with a drop-down menu on the right

if the person has their profile set to “private”, you can ignore them via your preferences

give it a go

if someone is using all these mats with any regularity; how are they amassing such quantities that they have filled 3 96 slot bank tabs with them?

Or even 1 for that matter?

I mean, if you are using them wouldn’t the amount you have on hand go down?

I turned most of mine into bolts. I wish we could store filled bags in bags.

I don’t use them all the time. But searching guild banks or different characters for mats and moving them around isn’t exactly fun. It’s why there should be a bottomless reagent tab.

The problem is that they are hoarding them, not using them.
At least if I have understood what it is that they are saying.

Which incidentally is what folks would typically make bank alts for but they also said they don’t want that so… it seems like a self-inflicted problem that they don’t want to solve. Again that’s if I have understood everything correctly, I very much so could’ve missed something.

Hoarding is not about using things regularly but having things on hand “if” they are needed.

Altoholic is great for this.

Actually it’s the only reason I use it.

Can’t wait for it to get updated.
Currently, it throws an error on the character part for me.

old mats will lose value over time.

Very few will be worth more than vendor sale price if you sit on them for too long.

Well that’s very kind of you, but I can’t deny other people claiming it.

I’m not claiming to be a saint here, but I don’t initiate a disagreement or a call-out on someone without justifiable cause to (and I mean justifiable cause, usually the person is being unethical). Neither of those things were what I was doing to you though just to say.

The energy of your post just felt disregarding to the one you replied to because you simply said “I disagree” because of something not all of us have the luxury to have/do that you yourself were able to do. I’ve never had the luxury of being able to keep more than 100k gold personally on any one character, and that’s combined across alts.

If anything pointed out to me in your post that you didn’t mean it in the way I took, then I just wouldn’t have said anything. That’s all.

Agree to disagree.

That’s actually a good idea, I should just refine them down into their product, at the very least.

Personally I am not saving them for selling but I will use them to make transmog items, toys, mounts, and work on new profession achievements. Having mats on hand is just nice, you never know when they will be needed.

I honestly hate Altoholic. I dislike the layout of it and it uses way too much memory and load time for my computer.

But I also shouldn’t have to use an addon anymore if they had just done the storage correctly the first time.
