Simply do you have any idea how many reagents I have amassed from all expansions combined? I just don’t really desire to make separate characters just to store them all.
Additionally I can’t use them “on-demand” from the individual extra bags whenever crafting old-world items for whatever reason.
I’m… also a bit of a hoarder.

you can already use all your reagents from the warbank, if that is what you’re looking for and if you’re ok with the ludicrous pricing of the warbank tabs.
I’m gravely not and my warbank is already filled with things that aren’t even reagents.
Then let’s better suggest a price change ingame over and over again and make some noise. For sure we don’t get a separate shared reagent bank, since they extra did put the functionalities for it into the warbank.
I hope all qualities of DF trade goods are merged into 3 stars when the xpac ends, I don’t want all these slots taken up by 1 and 2 star versions of the same thing lol

This is what does it for me. To be honest I’m not sure how I feel about this tier system regarding the space that is taken up from all of my materials. Not just the reagents but the crafted products as well.

Honestly, separating reagants into 3 tiers was a bad idea. They should’ve had the tier of your craft be determined by your skill and skill points, and do away with the tiers of reagants. Even FFXIV did away with tiers of reagants.

Even SWTOR was smart enough to do a bottomless reagent tab. It’s connected to your bags, though. Not bank inventory. So mats automatically go to that when you loot, it’s server wide (for them, for us it would be account wide) and easily searchable, filtered and you can pull stuff out or decide which ranks of mats go in.

The second tab is ridiculous…the third tab is insane…after that Id get banned for using the descriptive words Im thinking right now.

This is where bank alts typically come into play.
Even I barely make gold and was able to afford four tabs. So I very much disagree with this.

But that’s just it: bank alts shouldn’t have to come into play if it was done right.

Unfortunately, the reagant bank needs to be tripled in size with the way they’re doing things, so it looks like going into TWW bank alts are definitely necessary. Either that or they just need to merge the multiple tiers of materials.

Exactly… 4 tabs is no big deal. Only the 5th tab requires serious gold farming or tokens.

That’s why I keep saying Blizz forgot the other half of account wide storage: the bottomless reagent tab.

This was my only gripe about the crafting system. Like it’s a solid system, but 3 rarities for mats and consumables? It’s too much lol.
I wouldn’t mind seeing the implementation of something similar to what ESO has with a bottomless material storage. (Or just increasing the built in tab for materials, by like… a lot)

Yep…the reagant tab as-is was ok before they decided to more than triple the amount of reagants per expansion. It’s no longer adequate, it’s not even close.

Have you considered cleaning out your Warbank? You can remove things you don’t use a lot, and replace them with reagents. That will probably be a whole lot more convenient for you.

I agree, but I don’t think more slots and tabs is the answer either. I think wholesale changes in the way that items are stored could be.
For example, stacks of profession materials could be stored more like currency. They wouldn’t go into your bags, you mine serevite and it automatically goes into your account wide currency tab. With the right UI and sorting features it could be very sleek.
