No, it is not false. Read like 500 more postst saying the same thing nobody told us about time limit regarding the clone or that it will be closing soon. If they made a post here its worthless nobody reads these forums, they need to give you in-game popup message, something along the lines, we want arm and a leg for cloning service even though our cost is less then 1cent per clone and we will randomly pull the plug on this.

They are not communicating they send me a garbage mail twice a week about new stupid pet and overwatch 2. Its like hiding your gas bill between walmart and kfc coupons. And saying we told you.

I have 350 unopen mails from them because its a spam every week the same garbage about new 6month sub or diablo IV of course i dont read that same like i dont read vlagra spam or crypto spam.
This is all so dishonest. A) you were aware of the character clone and B) even if a blizzard executive had come to your house, got down in his hands and knees, and begged you to clone, you still wouldn’t have, because $15 to clone to a dead server wasn’t worth it to you.

No. The majority of us don’t want cloning coming back. Adding thousands and thousands of gold and geared players is going to be worse for the game than your dreaded having to re-level. Just admit that you don’t want to put the work in. You had your chance to copy and you didn’t. Lots of players who didn’t clone have re-leveled and are having a great time. It isn’t anyone else’ fault. Level again, or don’t play… its pretty simple.
GDKPs aren’t nearly as big a problem as you’re making it out to be. This isn’t Wrath Classic. Era is pretty reasonable rn, and lots of content with easy to find groups. Adding thousands of players max level and geared toons with thousands of gold is worse for the server than letting a few people be jaded that they have to re-level. Even if that means they drop their sub.

That’s not true, and you know it. Blizz literally said cloning would have a limited time. They said that it wouldn’t be offered forever. You ignored it, much like everyone else who didn’t clone because you didn’t want to pay for it. I don’t blame you for not wanting to pay for it, but sometimes you gotta lay in the bed you made. Re-level like everyone else, or stay in Wrath Classic.

And all of those people are lying lol. You’re just butthurt that Era realm got popular again and that wrath sucks with all the changes and lack of stopping bots. You made your bed. Lay in it. You’re not entitled to something you chose not to do. You even said you didn’t want to pay for it. You knew, You didn’t want to pay for it because you hedged your bets that Era would die. It didn’t, wrath sucks with how they handled it, and now you want to go back. That’s not how it works. I’ll tell you the same thing everyone else has – re-level or don’t, no one cares. I’m not gonna respond to you further either. I just want to let you writhe and wriggle in your anger that you messed up and have to live with the consequences.

People out here making objectively and verifiably false statements and the people that point out this dishonesty are “trolls”
Honestly there was a time when my opinion was “well I think they deleted the data so it’s unlikely you’ll get your clones but good luck.” But all of the people saying things like “Blizzard never told us about the clone service!” and “it’s Blizzard’s fault I didn’t clone because I was in a coma from the day before TBC prepatch until 3 weeks ago!” have really soured me on it.

Well, I’m not sure why the behavior of others would affect your opinion on it. If the data exists they should bring the clones back. The reasons why people didn’t do it don’t really interest me.
