Experience with how to form a group? You’re probably right. You just need practice or another server.
1 to 80 normal mode. Raids and heroics manually form groups. That way people can get the gear they need to do the those.
Why do we have to waste our limited play time just to form groups?

Right so you need MORE coordination in PvP, which randomly queues you with a bunch of people you don’t know and LESS communication in PvE Dungeons where you are required to put together a coordinated group. It’s completely backwards!
Smart answers like that only show why others don’t want to group with people like you.
I would recommend taking a Skill Share class on multi tasking so that you do not waste your time sitting in one spot sending messages to find a group. I genuinely think that would help you. Then you could quest at the same time.
Then have to get to a flight point to get to a dungeon and run back across the map to continue my quest until i get to di it again? That is a waste time.
And that is only IF enough people in my level range wants to do the dungeons we want to do.
Your time maybe unlimited not everyone else’s is.
It’s not backwards. It’s just different. You’re literally fighting against the enemy faction that you can’t even communicate to. And even if you could, what would you tell them to do? Zone through the AB portal together at the same time and then all players have to talk to an NPC to start the match?
Some people struggle with forming a 5 man pve group. Do you honestly think 40 people could do the same for a pvp battleground?
The point is, comparing the two is ridiculous. Saying “why can’t we have RDF cause pvp has it” is just narrow sighted.

If you’re time is limited, then that’s you’re own problem. Do you expect every single different game that you play to make changes to favor your time schedule? What kind of thinking is that?
You’re being deliberately obtuse here. No one is suggesting that people on opposite factions should have to communicate to form groups for a game, and I think you know that.
People already form their own groups for 10 and 25 man raids and for 40 man raids in classic vanilla. Why is it ridiculous to expect PvPers to do the same?
The point is, comparing the two simply makes sense. Saying “PvP is different” ignores the fact that they are both end game group activities and is just narrow sighted.

I honestly was not trying to be. You really should look into skill share classes on time management. You said it yourself. If you have limited time, you should learn to multi task if you are worried about wasting your time.
Questing in the world while looking for a dungeon group is very achievable.
I do. And that feature was not added into Wrath until 13 months after the release. The same time the ICC raid was released.

Going with that weak excuse? Even though plenty of other stuff that came in later patches is already in. Why to cherry pick.
you are not wrong about the first part of your statement. but thats not where the time sink is. do you know how many times i’ve had a tank and 3 dps and the tank and a dps bail because they bailed i was back down to 2 and then that second bailed. leaving myself to refill. this is a thing. don’t pretend this doesn’t happen. it does. its happened with healers. especially when we try to find tanks. hell i’ve had a tank and a healer. then they dip out right as i get the last dps. then the other dps bail. the LFG tool is trash. i’ve spent hours finding people to fill the group and in my macro i’d say need tank and heal. and still get a billion dps whispering me. need a dps. arc mage 4023 gs!!! i’d say its comical but more frustrating than anything else. least with RDF the most i could be mad about is having to wait for a group to be filled up. oh, i’ve done like 7 voas and its not even because i don’t like the free chance at gear. it is just filling those spots is just painful even on tuesdays.

The reason is because you can’t completely read what I said.
You’re still comparing it with 10, 25 and 40 man raids. You are against non-npc characters in those instances. There’s no mandatory start or end time with your raid.
With pvp, you have to start at the EXACT time as the enemy players which are REAL players (or bots). And those real players you can’t communicate. How do you tell the other team “ok lift the gates and go”? You can’t.
That’s why pvp is separated from pve.
I honestly never have. Do you guys just not talk to your tanks and healers in past dungeons? Get to know them and add them to friends lists?
Be real. How many pug tanks and healers have you genuinely struck up a conversation with in a dungeon? Or heck, just said “Great job! I’d love to play with you again! Do you mind if we add each other to our friends list for more dungeons in the future?”
How many do you have on your friends list?

And it’s cherry picked because Blizzard chose to. I suppose don’t bother for telling them thanks for giving some of the other stuff early. It’s their game and they can choose to do that. Just like you can choose to unsubscribe or keep playing the game and wasting your time.
