Im level 20 . Everytime I que for a dungeon, the tool will say Paused after a few minutes.

Are you joining a party with someone with a large level disparity or something?

This is a known issue going on right now. Likely due to SoD. Sad they create one thing, and affect another.

Same problem here.
Been waiting in queue alone as heal/DPS for now over 75 minutes.
The queue is almost always “paused”.

Please add a post in the bug report thread for this issue so that the devs can see it when they get in this morning.
I queued with a tank/heal/3dps and was stuck on “paused.”

I can confirm. Is bugged.
Same. Just had to go to the FoS entrance for the daily. Was hoping to spam some regular heroics while working on Loremaster this weekend, but I guess not.
Blizzard prides itself on finding ways to break something that was already working.
